By using Asian Options Finest to purchase frozen products, you agree to the following:

1. Product Info We provide accurate product descriptions and images, but slight variations may occur.
2. Ordering & Payment Orders must be paid in full online. Prices are as listed and may include applicable taxes.
3. Delivery Delivery is arranged and paid for by the customer via Lalamove. We are not responsible for delivery delays or issues. We deliver to specified areas only. 
4. Storage & Handling Frozen products must be stored according to instructions. We are not liable for spoilage caused by improper storage after delivery.
5. Returns & Refunds Due to perishability, we do not accept returns unless items are defective or damaged. Report issues within 24 hours with proof.
6. Liability Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not      responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
